We had a great day at Run The Line in Dublin on Saturday. The weather did it's best to dampen our spirits but we ploughed on and we got some fantastic results for the group in what was a very competitive race. All the group came home with excellent times, Phillip Purcell finishing in 96th place in his first ever technical trail run and smiled through the rain all the way through, Loren Harnett and Brendan Cross finished side by side in 83rd and 82nd respectively, they might have done better if they hadn't been holding hands all the way around. Jim Connolly, the race photographers pet, ran a great race finishing in 45th place. Martin Carey can't seem to stop getting faster, finishing in 11th place. Slow down Martin. Stephen Geraghty survived a nasty fall resulting in potentially career ending damage to his good jacket but he managed to get back up and finish in a very impressive 5th place while Paul Tierney finally got his fat ass onto a podium with a very credible second place sandwiched between some Irish Internationals. Not a bad day at the office all round! Well done everyone!
