As is Tradition when Swim training happens on the coaches Birthday - All swimmers will be requested to start the morning off with a massive belly flop.

Any lads wearing old style (short) Speedos can finish at 07:30 and head for the Steam Room.

STL will be sneaking away early as rumor has it he is gonna be egged for his Birthday just after he is thrown in the pool.
