starting from Shannon knights exiting past the chapel turning right to end of road go left pass outside the front of bru na sionna

headed towards the comprehensive school turn right after the Irish school go to end of road turn right heading towards illanamanagh roundabout where water point will be...

Go through that onto next roundabout go left past st camins pass st john and Pauls church turning left at Aidan park light s going straight then back to the Shannon knights ..see ye all then

Then if not right after that you can have the real cure in the Knights :-)
