This Saturday there will be a pleasant surprise with coaches Grainne Murphy and I, providing the workload.
It won't all be about the repeats, we will be setting some goals, you as the athlete will need to engage the brain, decide what hour targets are let us coaches know so we can put things in placed for you.
Swimming 7-9 with a quick chin wag after
What do we need to bring
* respectable swimming togs ( no bikini sorry )
* hat goggles
* Finns
* snorkel
* a drink
Don't panic if you don't have everything
You will need to decide what other strokes you want to develop this year, what your number two stroke is, all athletes need to tumble turn, if you can't you learn,
As a coach myself, I'm delighted to have Grainne on board, I'm excited to be working with her and I hope you all give her a big welcome this Saturday
