The first online registration for Hell of the West 2016 will open at 10am on Saturday, January 2. Half of the individual slots and all relays will be released on this date, with a second registration date to follow a few weeks later. Registration will be through Sports Timing and links will be provided here and on www.limericktriathlon.com in the coming days.
